Allsaid

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Allsaid is built so that what is said in the room stays on your phone. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Allsaid is published by Eighteen Diamonds Inc., the seller shown on the App Store and Google Play. Questions about this policy: info@getallsaid.com.

What stays on your phone

We do not run servers that receive your recordings, transcripts, summaries or voiceprints, and we cannot see them.

When the app uses the internet

Calendar and Reminders

Allsaid only adds a meeting, deadline or task to your calendar, Reminders or to-do list when you tap Add. It does not read or upload your existing events.

Saving and sharing

When you save or share a recording, PDF or transcript, it goes where you choose, for example the Files app, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Notes. Those services' own terms apply to what you store there.

Permissions

What we do not do

Deleting your data

Delete a recording in the app to remove its audio, transcript, summary and PDF from your phone. Deleting the app removes everything it stored, apart from files you saved elsewhere yourself.

Recording other people

Laws on recording conversations differ by country. Let people know when you record them, and ask for their consent where the law requires it.

Children

Allsaid is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Because your recordings and the information made from them stay on your phone, you control them directly. If you live in the European Union or elsewhere with data protection rights, you can contact us with any question or request at info@getallsaid.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
